I grew up in the real estate business, carrying mud for the masons and pounding nails for the framers.My Dad was a builder and a developer, and there was always “plenty of work to be done, boys”. We started with houses, then apartments, then shopping centers. I began leasing apartments and retail space to national tenants at age 15.
I’ve been a Broker now for over 30 years and have watched Miami Beach transform from a boarded-up blighted eyesore to the magnificent mecca it is today.

My Name is Liza Rivera. I was born and raised in Bogota, and moved to France when I was 17. I hold Master degrees in Spanish, French, and Latin American Studies, as well as a Ph D in Romance Studies and Latin America Civilization from the University of Paris, Sorbonne. I came to the U.S. 5 years ago, and soon thereafter became enamored and immersed in real estate. I specialize in difficult, multifaceted transactions where attention to detail is paramount.
My name is Seikiti Shinmon, and I was born and raised in Brazil. I came to the U.S. seven years ago and studied hospitality and tourism management at Miami Dade College.
