Neighborhood Condo Map

Miami Neighborhood Map Miami Beach is a cigar shaped island located two miles offshore from Downtown Miami to the Northeast. Accessible via the Mac Arthur Causeway (Extension of US I-395 East) to the South and the Julia Turttle Causeway (US I-195) to the North, the island is a mere dozen blocks wide in the middle and 73 blocks long, and harbors a number of smaller posh islands in what is known as Biscayne Bay.

From the very Southern tip of the island where cruise ships and container vessels make their way through Government Cut to and from the port of Miami, North to 5th Street, is an exclusive neighborhood named SoFi (South of Fifth)
This area is home to some of the most exclusive condos in Miami Beach, and also has bragging rights  to South Pointe Park , Pier Park, and Ocean Front Park.

Inclusive of Sofi and moving North to 21st street, is the famous neighborhood of South Beach, with it’s art deco architecture, swank restaurants, boutique hotels, and of course, sizzling nightclubs. This is also where most of the shopping takes place, namely on Collins and Washington Avenues, and the Lincoln Road Mall.

From 22nd street North to 73rd Street is collectively known as Mid and North Miami Beach, containing Millionaire’s Row; a number of ultra luxury high rises catering to a quieter, sophisticated, family-friendly crowd.

Upscale shopping, gourmet dining, and leisurely beach activities abound. Even further North, past the old townships of Surfside and Bal Harbour, lies a beautiful strip of sand called Sunny Isles Beach; isolated, yet proximate to four golf courses, three parks, and Aventura Mall’s world class shopping.

Downtown Miami over the last five years has come alive with the addition of several luxury high rise buildings, the completion of the performing arts entertainment complex, the construction of Museum Park, and many other exciting projects.

Moving South from the Miami River along the shoreline is Brickell Avenue and Brickell Key.
This exclusive area has a futuristic feel created by the array of newly constructed high rises looming large over a vibrant inner city, with unparalleled views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami River.

Due East From Brickell Ave. and just South of South Beach on the other side of Government Cut is Fisher Island; an exclusive resort enclave, accessible only by ferry or boat. Who needs to go anywhere, it’s all there.

And even further South there lies another island with a rich history, a famous lighthouse, great parks, and incredible sandy white beaches. Accessible via the Rickenbacker Causeway at the southern tip of I-95, Key Biscayne is the first of many keys heading South, a family friendly community with an abundance of activities.
