The Mid and North Beach areas of Miami Beach have, during the recent boom, added more than a dozen super luxury condo communities to cater to the well healed looking for a location close to, but somewhat removed from all the sparkle of South Beach.
This is a more family-oriented neighborhood, with upscale shopping nearby at Bal Harbour Shops, two beautiful golf courses, sandy white beaches and easy access to Miami’s thoroughfares.
Many of the new projects here have been constructed to resemble the post WWII architecture referred to as Miami Modern or MiMo, among them, the recently remodeled Fountainbleau, Mei, and Akoya.
